Your existing surveillance training is defensive — detecting when someone is watching you. This class is offensive: how to watch a target without being made.

A surveillance stand is a planned effort to observe a person, place, or activity. You conduct one when you need to learn patterns, confirm a schedule, or gather intelligence for an operation.

The Principle: Be the Background

The goal is not to hide — it's to be so unremarkable that the target's eyes pass over you without registering. You are scenery.
